  • Tracking Sheet: This sheet is where you will do all your tracking, your direct hours, indirect hours and supervision hours. Much of it is prepopulated with drop-down menus making it easy to navigate. This is where all the summary data is coming from. The great thing about this is that you can put Planned activities in there as well, so you can build a plan on how you are going to get your hours.

  • Clients Tab: This is where you will input client information. You can just include a Unique Code (which you have to do in Sonia anyway, and a first name or even just an initial. As long as there is no identifiable information in here, you should be ok. You will use the unique id in the tracking sheet

  • Dashboard: A summary of where you are with your Supervision, Indirect, and Direct hours. There are some formulas in letting you know how to catch up, or that predict when you will get all your hours.

  • Practicum Scheduler: Practicum Scheduler is just a tool for you to organize all the many priorities that you have. You and have one place to put all the tasks that need to be completed.
